Who operates this website
This website is operated by Danijel Turnšek, a photographer based in Slovenia. Privacy questions can be sent to foto@danijelturnsek.com.
Information collected
The Contact and Fine Art Print enquiry forms collect your name, email address, selected reason, subject and message. A print enquiry may also include the selected photograph or edition. Limited technical information, including form timing, a submission identifier, the referring page and IP address, may be processed to deliver the enquiry, prevent spam and apply short-term rate limiting.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide requested details about prints, licensing or collaboration, maintain necessary correspondence and protect the forms from misuse. Form details are not added to an advertising or marketing mailing list.
Technical service providers
The website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form enquiries are sent by email through Spacemail. These services may process the information needed to host and secure the website or transmit your message. If you accept analytics, Google also processes the analytics information described below.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain relevant records, fulfil any resulting arrangement and meet applicable administrative or legal obligations. Spam-prevention data is retained only as needed for that purpose.
Language preference
The website stores your EN or SL choice in browser storage and a functional cookie so that your language preference can be remembered.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you choose to accept analytics. Before consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent. After consent, Google Analytics may process page views, device and browser information, approximate location and engagement information to help understand how the website is used. Advertising and remarketing features are disabled.
Analytics cookies and your choice
After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Google lists a default expiry of up to two years for these cookies, although browser settings may shorten it. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser as danijel-analytics-consent. You can reject analytics and continue using the website normally, or change your choice below.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, ask for processing to be restricted or object to processing. Send requests to foto@danijelturnsek.com. You may also contact the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
